Nothing has been spent because nothing has happened yet. The first line to change will be the venue deposit in Khon Kaen, and it changes here the day it is paid. The non-profit's running costs — hosting, domains, petrol, the score sheets — are not in this table and never will be, and no one draws a wage from it.

This page once sold sponsorship tiers. It does not anymore. A sponsor who pays for the stage eventually wants a say in who stands on it — and the judging here deliberately rewards a child from a village school with one shared phone, on the same hundred points as everyone else. That is exactly the kind of choice a funder talks you out of.
So for now the money and the decision both sit with the non-profit. No child, no family and no school has ever paid a baht to enter, and none ever will.
USAEnglish is a non-profit — a Thai non-profit organization, 49% owned by a US 501(c)(3). The two teachers who run it take no salary; it reimburses their costs and nothing more. The registration numbers will be published here next month, so anyone can check them.
If that changes — if a company or a person wants to add to the prize fund with no strings — their name and their amount go in the table above, and the rule stays: money buys a line in a ledger, not a seat on the panel.
The one place money already flows in: a Thai school that posts a vacancy on USAEnglishTeacher.com pays a flat fee, and every baht of it comes here. That board is new and has raised ฿0 so far. Its own ledger is here.
